Certificates for maritime programmes
Certificates for maritime programmes are awarded to students who have completed one of the maritime programmes that are the responsibility of the Danish Maritime Authority. The programmes are aimed at both young people who have completed the Folkeskole (compulsory education) and to people with experience from the maritime area. The certificates can lead to employment on a passenger ship or in the merchant navy or to jobs as self-employed, for example in fishing.
