International cooperation on the recognition of qualifications

International cooperation has resulted in a formalised network and in a number of agreements, directives and conventions on mutual academic recognition.
The Danish Agency for Universities and Internationalisation is responsible for Denmark's participation in cooperation on mutual recognition of qualifications. This includes cooperation concerning the EU general system for the recognition of professional qualifications, the ENIC and NARIC networks for recognition in higher education, a network of Nordic ENIC/NARIC offices, and EU's network of National Reference Points for information about vocational education and training.
