Professional recognition

On the basis of the Act, the following ministerial order implements parts of the European Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications:

  Order No. 575 of 1 June 2011 on the recognition of professional qualifications etc.

For a number of maritime occupations, the following order also applies:
