Danish legislation on assessment and recognition
Academic and professional recognition of foreign qualifications in Denmark is governed by various regulations. Some of them have been translated into English.

On the basis of the Act, the following ministerial order implements parts of the European Directive 2005/36/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications:
