Application for the Danish Summer Language Courses

The deadline has passed, and it is NO LONGER POSSIBLE to apply for the scholarships. All applications received after February 28th, 2012 (deadline at midnight) will NOT  be taken into consideration.

Applicants will informed of the results end of April at the latest.

• Group 1: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovak Republic, Spain, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Turkey
• Group 3: Selected institutions in Canada and USA (see Who is eligible?)

Please fill out the application form ONLINE.  When you have finished, press the SUBMIT button. 

Incomplete applications will NOT be taken into consideration

Please be aware of the following BEFORE you send your application: 

- The summer language courses in Danish are open to bachelor, Master's og P.hd. students. 

- The Agency will place the selected students in the different courses based on the information provided in their applications. But to optimize the students' learning outcome, the course organisers will assess the students' level in Danish through an interview or language test.

- Students will NOT be awarded ECTS-points for attending a summer language course. These language courses are not ECTS awarding courses.

- Students just need to fill out the application.  No enclosures (certificates, CV, diplomas, etc) are required.

The Danish Agency for International Education reserves the right to consider the distribution of nationalities in the final selection of candidates for the summer language courses. Previous experience has shown that overrepresentation of any nationality on the individual course is not desirable.
