Projects
Euroguidance Denmark has been involved in several EU-funded projects, the most recent being:
PLOTEUS
PLOTEUS (Portal on Learning Opportunities Troughout the EUropean Space) was launched by the European Commission in March 2003. It is an Internet portal providing information about education systems, mobility and learning opportunities in 31 European countries. The Euroguidance network is responsible for adding and updating data in the portal. Euroguidance Denmark is thus responsible for information about learning opportunities in Denmark.
Guidenet
Guidenet is a European network project on educational and vocational guidance. The aim of Guidenet has been to develop a database with examples of national and international guidance projects, relevant web sites, and innovatory and good pracatice in guidance. Furthermore, Guidenet aims to promote networking among guidance practitioners, experts, researchers and policy makers across Europe. Guidenet thus provides a virtual communication forum where questions can be asked and discussions initiated. More information is available at Euroguidance.net
The funded project ended 31 december 2004 but the web site, the database and the virtual discussion forum will continue to be maintained. The project was coordinated by the British Euroguidance centre, Careers Europe, in cooperation with partners in the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Norway, the Slovak Republic and Sweden.
